I use to call my computer "Fido", because it had more viruses than a dog has fleas. After taking my laptop to Ivan, I now have a virus free unit. My computer was slow on the download and other functions that were suppose to be fast, but in this case were extremely slow. Hello Everyone! Well Mr. Ivan has gone and done it again!! What would we do without our Ivan?? My computer was running slow and was not responding. My car was down and was not running so, Ivan stepped in and by remote assistance fixed my computer up and she stopped coughing and running slow. Ivan fixed it in no time and she was ready to go!!! As you said, there were two printer selections. So, I selected the second one and it worked fine. I'm guessing we still need the program that you are going to send us anyway, so I'll wait for that. I had been taking my computer to some friends of mine whenever I had a problem. I thought that they resolved all of the issues that I had. My husband took it to Ivan. At first I was angry because I didn't know Ivan, and I wanted to rely on my friends. All of that changed when my husband brought the computer back. It was like a different computer. Ivan found a WORM and a number of viruses. I was so thankful. I gave my husband a "special gift" for his smart choice of using Ivan.
